We are a globally leading company in the manufacturing of injection molds for PET bottles, for the packaging & medical sector. Our products enjoy an excellent reputation in the industry. To strengthen our team in the service/testing department, we are looking to fill the position by agreement:

Service Technician (m/f) 100%

with worldwide travel activity

• Maintenance, setup, repair, and commissioning of PET production systems / injection molds for PET preforms
• Conducting acceptance tests and training at customer sites
• Modification and overhaul of injection molding tools
• Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems on-site or via remote maintenance
• Telephone support for technical inquiries
• Close cooperation with sales / project management and engineering
• Setup of PET sample tools and monitoring of pilot production runs
• Documentation of commissioning and developments

• Completed training as a polymechanic, plastics technologist, or automation technician with professional experience
• Independence, teamwork skills, and flexibility
• Willingness for service assignments abroad with travel activity of approx. 40 - 80%
• Good English skills in spoken and written form

• Driver's license category B

Desirable:

• Experience in injection molding and/or service, maintenance of injection molding tools
• Additional language skills are an advantage
