Become part of our catering team in Zurich

We are looking for you as a warm and energetic personality to complement our Catering & Event team.

You will support our catering clients from the first contact to follow-up and take over the administrative processing from A to Z – independently, efficiently and with high initiative. You are both a team player and a doer and enjoy juggling several tasks at once.

Your tasks:

• Contact person for our guests in all questions regarding their event
• Active sales, advice and quotation preparation
• Administrative processing of catering orders from the first enquiry to follow-up including invoicing
• Active event planning and on-site collaboration
• Main responsibility at individual events
• Ensuring communication flow to our internal & external stakeholders
• Leadership & planning of staff at events
• Further development of the catering offer and quality standards (food, non-food and service)
• Independent planning & implementation of exclusive events for up to 60 people in our creative studio in Zurich Seefeld

Your profile:

• Training in gastronomy is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience in banquet, catering or event sector
• Completed commercial training is an advantage
• Confident verbal expression (DE/EN)
• Flexibility regarding working hours & weekend assignments
• Confident MS Office skills
• Spontaneity and attention to detail
