On behalf of investors as well as public and private clients, we supervise and realize larger construction projects. Our services cover the entire construction development cycle and construction management process, which we offer in the following three business areas: construction trust, cost planning, and general planning.

Your department
You are the link between clients, planners, specialist planners, experts, authorities, and companies.
You manage the planning work calmly and proactively to success, even in hectic times.
You represent the interests of the clients in all project phases.
In your role as client representative, you formulate the project requirements, develop feasibility studies, prepare cost-effectiveness calculations, and accompany competition procedures.

Your profile
You have a FH or ETH degree in architecture, civil engineering, or similar.
You have several years of experience in project management or in leading projects, e.g., from general planner mandates or project realization with general or total contractors.
You are an open and communicative personality who appreciates dealing with various stakeholders.
