We are further expanding our Dementia Care Team – and are looking for people with empathy, competence, and team spirit at all training levels:

🩺 Health professionals (FaGe) or care professionals for the elderly (FaBe) – (60-100%)

• You take on nursing tasks with responsibility and professional competence
• You tailor your care individually and are a communicative link in the team
• You actively shape the care process

🎓 Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH (60-100%)

• You handle demanding care situations professionally and empathetically
• You coordinate the care process and accompany relatives on an equal footing
• You shape the development of the team with your expertise

• A completed training depending on the function (Nursing Specialist HF/FH or FaGe/FaBe EFZ)
