About the job
We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Collaboration in the multiprofessional treatment team of the acute ward
- Bringing the peer perspective into case discussions, treatment planning, and reflection processes
- Conducting individual conversations with patients on a voluntary basis
- Participation in recovery-oriented group offerings
- Supporting patients in acute crisis situations through hope, perspective sharing, and experiential knowledge
- Promoting self-determination, participation, and personal responsibility in the treatment process
- Contributing to the further development of peer work within the PDAG
- Networking with external recovery-oriented services and self-help organizations
- Participation in internal ward projects for quality development
Profile
- Completed EX-IN training
- Own psychosis experience
- Ability for professional reflection of own experience
- Teamwork skills and willingness for interprofessional collaboration
- Resilience in dealing with acute psychiatric crisis situations
- Willingness for continuous further education
- Professional experience in a psychiatric context is desired
