Specialist: Financing

At the Financing Center, we guarantee timely and high-quality processing of all financing transactions for our clients. In addition, within the scope of competencies and credit policy, we decide on a large part of the financings and monitor the front-office competence transactions of the client advisors. Our financing division Private, with around 70 employees, handles challenging and diverse tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Accompanying financings of the business unit "Private Banking"
• Creating and processing financing processes such as application preparations and processing, contract issuances, final processing, and other small tasks
• Processing and managing all financing transactions
• Ensuring compliance with specified processes, quality standards, instructions, and competence regulations
• Supporting the advice and care of our sales team in all processing-related and legal questions
• Co-responsible for the quality control of the created business cases

• Completed commercial training – banking sector is an advantage
• Good knowledge in real estate financing business and know-how in related areas of activity
