Tasks
- Support and represent the head chef in all matters.

- Actively participate in daily kitchen production and quality assurance.
Skills
- Completed training as a cook; system gastronomy experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is essential.
- Fluency in German; additional languages are a plus.

- Support and representation of the head chef in all his matters
- Support in managing up to five employees and additional temporary staff
- Active participation in the daily production in the kitchen
- Ensuring consistent quality of all produced products
- Co-responsible for:
- all kitchen-relevant processes and stewarding
- the recipes and calculations of existing and new dishes
- creating the weekly menus and the food offer in cooperation with the head chef
- personal and operational hygiene
- control and further development of HACCP in cooperation with the head of gastronomy
- ordering and inventory management control
- monthly inventory (Food & Beverage)
- compliance and monitoring of goods costs, initiation of optimizations
- Planning and working with common Microsoft Office programs are part of the daily routine
- Active participation in preparation, successful execution, and consistent follow-up of quality assurance through internal and external audits (Earth Check, SQS)
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook
- You are motivated, committed, responsible, and loyal
- Experience in system catering is an advantage
- You enjoy working with fresh products
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required
- Resilience and flexibility complete your profile
- You speak fluent German, additional languages are an advantage
