Your tasks
- Promotion and assurance of evidence-based nursing interventions
- Professional leadership, support, and empowerment of the team in complex nursing situations
- Assess clinical situations using assessments and derive appropriate measures
- Process responsibility for admission and discharge management
- Evaluate nursing quality based on medical quality indicators, derive measures, and implement improvements
- Plan and conduct case discussions
- Active participation in nursing and taking over daily responsibility
Your profile
- Completed studies as a nursing specialist HF / FH
- CAS Intercare or willingness to complete it
- Professional experience in long-term care
- Interest in interprofessional collaboration
- Clear communication and assertiveness
