• Ensuring the qualitative and quantitative staffing in coordination with the F&B management
• Ensuring the proper onboarding of new employees and the proper training of trainees working in this area / training record control
• Responsibility for the duty and vacation planning of all employees, taking into account labor law and other legal regulations
• Ensuring the qualitative and quantitative canteen offering in accordance with the established standards
• Issuing and collecting payment for the canteen offering, performing cash register reconciliation, inventory control, depositing cash
• Ensuring / monitoring the functionality of equipment, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)

• Completed training as a cook, housekeeper, hotel specialist, or a comparable qualification in the food sector
• MS Office skills, basic knowledge of food law, and ideally experience in communal catering and HACCP concepts
• Experience in management, employee and personnel leadership
• Teamwork skills, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills, initiative, as well as analytical and organizational skills
