Site Manager Santé (m/f/d)
Work location: Basel / Basel-Landschaft and Rheinfelden
Workload: 80-100%
Start date: 01.11.2025 or by arrangement

Your tasks
- Operational responsibility for support services in several client mandates in healthcare (quality, financial and personnel)
- Leadership, promotion and continuous development of a team of approx. 25-30 employees
- Maintaining constant customer contact and being the contact person for technical questions
- Responsibility for our support services and ensuring a high-quality service as well as compliance with hygiene guidelines
- Conducting quality controls as well as coaching and supporting employees
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other areas
- Planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and optimizing all workflows
- Independent recruitment of new employees
- Management of material, machine and equipment orders
- Administrative tasks including budget responsibility
- Several years of professional experience and completed training or further education in housekeeping, cleaning or facility management
- Professional experience in healthcare and/or hospitality is an advantage
- Proven leadership experience and hands-on mentality
- Human, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of organization and coordination
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Service orientation and independence
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- MS Office user skills
- Willingness to travel
