Your tasks
- Advising private customers in the areas of numbers (account and card range), saving, investing, and pension
- Recognizing potential and determining needs
- Scheduling appointments by phone and conducting comprehensive advisory discussions
- Accompanying our customers into the digital world
- Acquiring new customers as well as recognizing and mediating further customer needs
- Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs
- Option to take on the role of practical trainer
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent education
- Experience in consulting and selling basic financial products
- Enjoyment of active customer consulting and affinity for digital channels
- Communicative, trustworthy manner and confident appearance
- You score with your high acquisition, sales, and service orientation
- English, French, Italian or other languages are an advantage
