Main tasks
- Expansion, further development, and maintenance of customer relationships; presentation of new products
- Negotiation of prices and commercial terms
- Budget responsibility and planning of measures to achieve targets
- Maintenance and development of contacts with decision-makers
- Sales of our top coffee concepts such as Starbucks, Nescafé, and Foodies
- Regular customer visits and organization of management meetings
- Preparation of offers and customer presentations
- Contact person for contract management
- Maintenance of the CRM system
- Handling customer-related administrative tasks
- Preparation of customer analyses and evaluations
Education
- Completed vocational training
- Further training with a focus on sales is an advantage
Profile
- Experience in field sales with proven success
- Experience in FMCG is an advantage
- CRM experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or comparable)
- Confident knowledge of MS Office
- Independent working style and strong understanding of contexts
- Fluent German in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
- Driver's license category B
- "Doer" mentality and motivation to make a difference and grow with the company
