The Frohmatt Retirement Center is a modern facility that offers various living arrangements tailored to the needs of our residents. We care for and support people with care needs, people with dementia, and assist individuals in supported living. Our operation also includes senior apartments with services within the building. The Stollenweid House, as the fourth house, also belongs to Frohmatt. Here, our residents who prefer rural living reside.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for permanent night watch at both locations (Wädenswil and Schönenberg) as well as internal care pool
- Participation in interdisciplinary management meetings and group management meetings (Tuesdays)
- Recruitment and selection of staff in close collaboration with the management department
- Development and review of target and quality objectives
- Individual and targeted support of employees, including planning possible career steps
- Conducting location and employee discussions
- Responsibility for personnel deployment planning and monitoring of the staffing plan
- Professional, holistic care and support of our residents
- Planning and conducting team meetings
- 1-2 office days per week, approx. 11 night shifts per month
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF
- Management training or willingness to complete it
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in long-term care
- Ability to develop and support employees, mediate conflicts, and develop problem-solving processes
- Well-developed social skills, especially teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding and enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
- Ideally knowledge of the RAI system and easyDOK
