The POS Innovation Hub develops practical, innovative solutions based on the principle "from the store, for the store" that arise from everyday store operations and are rolled out group-wide. To support our five-person team, we are looking for you immediately for 12 months.
You will have the opportunity to work on relevant projects, support the team in daily business, and gain insights into an IT-driven retail environment. You will learn project work from idea to implementation and gain valuable practical experience.Responsibilities:
- You support the team in operational daily business, e.g., in creating briefings, instructions, and presentations
- You work on several projects such as mobile checkout, RFID, and digitization of store processes
- You participate in testing in stores as well as in pilot projects and rollouts
- You help develop concepts and decision-making bases
- You assist in coordinating international contacts and act as a hub between sales, helpdesk, and IT
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally focusing on trade, digitization, e-commerce, or IT
- You have initial experience in project management and retail
- You have a strong interest and affinity for digital services and technologies
- Your German and English skills are confident in spoken and written form
- You have a structured and independent working style and enjoy learning new things
