- Maintenance and repair work on buildings, surroundings, facilities, and machines
- Maintenance work in resident rooms and senior apartments
- Operating, monitoring, and checking building technology
- Maintenance and basic cleaning as well as disposal work
- Performing internal electrical installations
- Regular safety checks of care beds and electrical devices
- Inventory management
- Regular on-call duty and participation in winter service
- Training as a facility maintenance specialist, janitor with a federal certificate of competence, or several years of professional experience in this occupational segment
- Preferably with training as an electrical installer EFZ
- Enjoyment of maintenance and cleaning work
- Considerate and respectful interaction with elderly people
- Team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to take responsibility
- Good German skills (at least level B2)
