Your tasks
- Administrative order processing for system projects and mobile power generators (opening orders, order confirmations, delivery contracts, advance and final invoices, import formalities, bank guarantees, engineering time recording)
- Support during month-end closing as well as in the accounts payable and receivable process
- Ordering power generators and engines from suppliers and monitoring delivery times
- Organizing transport means
- Recording and maintaining customer master data in the CRM
- Handling correspondence in German, French, and English for the areas of division management, sales, and project processing
- Carrying out various administrative tasks
- Hub function between sales and project management
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial basic training
- Experience in the industrial or construction sector
- Business management training or similar is an advantage
- Proficient in IT, MS Office, ERP, and CRM knowledge
- Very independent and solution-oriented working style, responsible action
- Quick comprehension and networked thinking
- Motivated, flexible, and service-oriented personality with a high customer orientation and a healthy assertiveness
- Team player with high communication skills and confident verbal and written expression
- Good language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
