Your Tasks

• Specialist Development: You participate in the development, transfer, and evaluation of evidence-based new specialist content, concepts, and guidelines
• Knowledge Transfer: Implement concepts on behalf of the nursing management and convey the knowledge to your colleagues
• Patient-Oriented Care: Care for and support our patients during rehabilitation with professional basic and treatment nursing care
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Actively engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and take responsibility
• Flexibility: Due to the diverse tasks with us, you can demonstrate your flexibility in different situations

Your Profile

• Education: Completed training as a nurse or a comparable qualification recognized by the Swiss Red Cross (SRK)
• Experience: You bring experience in nursing within the Swiss healthcare system
• Further Education: You have the advanced training in nursing responsibility or are interested in completing it
• Personality: You are an empathetic and team-oriented person who practices their profession with joy and commitment. You are characterized by innovative spirit, professional communication, and a quality-conscious way of working
