Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pool Attendant 100% (Season April to November 2026)

Your Tasks

Responsible for pool supervision
Ensuring a safe and customer-oriented pool operation
Performing rescue and first aid services
Contributing to the further development of the operation
Working in the cash register area as well as co-organizing and planning pool assistants
Monitoring and maintenance of technical systems
Operating the pool water treatment
Cleaning and maintenance work (including garden and green areas)

Your Profile

Completed vocational training in a craft profession is an advantage
Valid SLRG Pro Pool certificate or igba Pro certificate (including BLS)
BLS AED course with certificate not older than two years, further training pool attendant course of igba (or willingness to complete this training)
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Experience in an operation of similar size
Enjoyment and willingness for the maintenance and care of green areas
Willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Initiative, service-oriented and resilient personality

With the operation of the Waldacher swimming pool and its self-service restaurant, we offer our bathers a highly attractive pool facility. Besides the large pools, lawns, large water slide, diving towers, and beach volleyball court, the Waldacher swimming pool is especially known for its idyllic and quiet location in the forest clearing, making it one of the most beautifully situated pool operations. During the season, around 1,500 guests enjoy the facility daily, with even more guests on peak days.

We are looking to refill the interesting and versatile position as of April 1, 2026, or by agreement, a pool attendant.
