• Supporting the Chef de Rang in professionally attending to our guests at the highest level
• Implementing a high-quality service while observing quality standards
• Proper care with a friendly and confident demeanor
• Direct communication with your superiors in case of complaints
• Co-responsible for monitoring cleanliness and compliance with standards

• Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or completed hotel management training
• First experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry

• Confident German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
