For our new building in the autism spectrum area as well as for our Brühlberg location, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a resilient and empathetic personality who wants to take on a responsible role as Deputy Team Leader with passion and commitment.

• You lead professionally and relieve the team leader in operational tasks.
• You take over personnel management in the absence of the team leader.
• You ensure a structured and efficient organization of all administrative processes.
• You bear professional responsibility and support the team in everyday, complex, and challenging situations.
• You form the communicative bridge between guardians, parents, and residents. 
• You support daily life, for example with household tasks, personal care, as well as with administrative and organizational tasks. 

• Because you have completed training as a social pedagogue, care specialist EFZ, or equivalent training.
• Because you already have experience dealing with people with different needs. 
• Because you are an expert in professional leadership.
• Because a demanding and stressful work environment does not unsettle you.
• Because you tackle the digital challenges and administrative tasks that are part of your job with enthusiasm.
• Because you are willing to take on irregular work shifts, including weekends (also on-call at the Brühlberg location).
