The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood as well as three integrative daycare centers.

For our new building in the autism spectrum area as well as for our Brühlberg location, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a resilient and empathetic personality who wants to take on a responsible role as Deputy Team Leader with passion and commitment.
HOW?
- You lead professionally and relieve the team leader in operational tasks.
- You take over personnel management in the absence of the team leader.
- You ensure a structured and efficient organization of all administrative processes.
- You bear professional responsibility and support the team in everyday, complex, and challenging situations.
- You form the communicative bridge between guardians, parents, and residents.
- You support daily life, for example with household tasks, personal care, as well as with administrative and organizational tasks.

- Because you have completed training as a social pedagogue, care specialist EFZ, or equivalent training.
