Payroll Clerk (80-100%)
limited to 1 year with option for extension
Your role with us
- Monthly payroll processing (payroll changes, master data maintenance, entering payroll documents, data import, etc.). First point of contact for complex questions related to payroll
- Versatile tasks in personnel administration: creating contracts; recording entries, exits, personnel changes; applying for/renewing permits, issuing work certificates, data filing in the electronic personnel file, etc.
- Processing various daily allowances (paternity, maternity, civil protection military, etc.)
- Creating reports in SAP, making adjustments in organizational management (SAP/OM)
- Covering reception/counter and telephone service HR services together with the team, receiving telephone and oral inquiries and providing information
This is how you convince us
- A commercial basic education (EFZ) with further training in HR, social insurance or payroll. In addition, you bring several years of experience in HR, especially in payroll processing
- Great interest and affinity for social insurance and payroll topics. High flexibility and networked thinking and acting, good advisory skills, enjoyment of working in a team and with people
- Enthusiasm for digitalization, high IT affinity, confident handling of MS Office (especially Word & Excel). Very good knowledge of SAP HR; knowledge of P&I Loga3 is an advantage
- A pronounced flair for numbers, organizational talent and quick comprehension. Independent, precise and punctual working style
