As a Draftsman specializing in Architecture (m/f/d) at Eiffage Suisse, your expertise is crucial for the construction projects we realize for our clients throughout Switzerland. You support the Design and Concept Manager and actively develop your skills under their guidance. In close collaboration with our team, you assist in creating feasibility studies, optimizations, and determining quantities. Your contribution to the offer preparation and project development is indispensable to turn our clients' visions into tangible reality.

YOUR TASKS:

• You create 3D models, detailed plans, and floor plans.
• You assist in optimizing projects within the framework of offer preparation for third-party market projects.
• You support/create feasibility studies.
• You support/create construction site installation plans.
• You assist in determining quantities/quantity surveys.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Qualification: You have completed training as a draftsman (m/f/d) specializing in Architecture EFZ / Structural Draftsman (m/f/d) EFZ. Further training as a technician (m/f/d) HF-Structural Engineering or an architecture degree can be advantageous.
• Industry experience: Ideally, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in an architectural office or a general contractor in execution and detailed planning, preferably in residential construction.
• Technical skills: You have solid knowledge in planning, both in 3D modeling and in creating and reviewing construction and execution plans. Precise determination of quantities is a matter of course for you.
• Language skills: Fluent German skills are mandatory. Good French skills are advantageous.
• Software skills: You have very good knowledge of common drawing programs such as AutoCAD / Revit / ArchiCAD and good knowledge of common MS Office applications. Knowledge or interest in the BIM method as well as application knowledge in Solibri, Bluebeam, or Messerli are advantageous.
• Working style: You communicate convincingly in professional exchanges. You work independently and carefully. Your approach is comprehensible and solution-oriented for everyone. Even in unclear situations, you work precisely and on time.
