Your tasks
- In collaboration with the certified nursing professionals, you take over the care and support of people with support needs over a longer period
- Implementation of health promotion measures taking into account personal needs and available resources
- Promotion of a pleasant atmosphere and individually adapted communication skills
- Forwarding observations, measures, as well as changes to the certified nursing professional
- Taking over household and administrative tasks
- High flexibility and willingness to work in early, late, and night shifts
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or Nursing Specialist level DNI
- High service orientation and good manners for our elderly and care-dependent people
- Independent and resilient personality with high team and cooperation skills
- Ability for interprofessional collaboration
- Good German skills (spoken and written)
