The iwaz offers as a social enterprise assistance for residential, training, and work opportunities, is a service provider for industrial, rehabilitation technology, and social assignments, and is a venue for seminars, events, and gastronomic experiences in Wetzikon.

About 60 residents aged between 20 and 90 live in iwaz and find support here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in managing their daily lives. A well-coordinated nursing and care team is responsible for professional care and support.

Health Specialist EFZ (60–100%) in Day Service

• You take on the daily responsibility during the shift
• You professionally accompany employees and trainees and strengthen them in their daily actions with your know-how
• You care for and support residents individually, professionally, and with respect for their life stories and actively participate in primary nursing
• You work closely with internal departments, specialist offices, and doctors and ensure high-quality, networked care
