Your tasks

• Analysis of existing route networks and traffic flows
• Planning of new routes or changes to existing services
• Development of timetable and operational concepts considering demand
• Planning and optimization of operational processes during events and construction sites
• Analysis of timetables, system data, and irregularities
• Data analysis and use of IT tools
• Ensuring timetable stability (punctuality, transfer times, connection assurance)
• Provision of timetable data for passenger information systems and digital applications
• Collaboration with internal and external partners
• Participation in projects

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, vocational baccalaureate, or comparable qualification
• Further training as a specialist in public transport EFA and/or technical commercial clerk
• Public transport experience, preferably in service and timetable planning
• High IT affinity, very good knowledge of Excel, Word, and IVU-Plan is an advantage
• Analytical skills, structured and independent working style as well as resilience
• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with operational applications
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment
