The Prevention department supports key persons in implementing addiction prevention and early intervention for all life phases in their environment.
We are looking for the position starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement:
Head of Department Adult Age (60%)
Your tasks
You are responsible for the strategic and operational planning of your services
You develop services preferably in the workplace setting
You advise and support institutions, conduct events, and evaluate them
You take over the professional management of the topic of alcohol and the bartender exams
You network with partner agencies and expert committees
You engage in the team and work in internal project groups
Your profile
You have training in social work, health promotion, psychology,
education, or similar
You have professional experience in adult education, counseling, and project management
You work independently, responsibly, structured, reliably, and efficiently
You are resilient, communicative, and a team-oriented personality
You are familiar with Office 365
