Due to succession planning, we are looking for a
Tasks
- Management of a department with 2 residential groups in the "Housing for the Elderly" segment in terms of personnel, professional, and administrative aspects
- Promotion of the professional and social competence of employees
- Budget and financial responsibility for the department
- Responsibility for the care, support, and development of 12 people with disabilities
- Responsible for medical matters and the procurement of aids
- Contacts with internal and external agencies
Requirements
- Professional qualification in the medical field, higher technical school level
- Preferably several years of leadership experience
- Experience with people with disabilities is an advantage
- Willingness to continue education (e.g., Palliative Care)
- Assertiveness, organizational skills and talent, flexibility, and high resilience
- Enjoyment in working with people with disabilities
- Respectful interaction with all stakeholders
