At our headquarters in Frauenfeld, we are looking for a
CFO (80–100%) – with head, heart and vision
Your role:
As CFO, you are part of the executive management and a strategic partner to the executive board and the board of directors.
You lead the Management Services team with a total of 18 employees, including 7 directly reporting team leaders (Controlling, Purchasing, Finance, HR, QM, Business Support, and VID) and are responsible for the financial, organizational, and cultural development of our company.
You combine clarity with empathy and lead on equal footing.
Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for financial risk management as well as overall financial planning, including rolling multi-year planning, budgeting, liquidity planning, and forecasting.
- Ensuring precise and transparent reporting to executive management, board of directors, capital providers, and shareholders.
- Ensuring professional liquidity management, compliance with covenant criteria, and regular communication with capital providers and banks.
- Active participation in the creation and implementation of the corporate strategy.
- Strategic responsibility for personnel work to ensure that the company’s culture and values are lived and anchored and that motivation remains high.
- Responsibility for legal clarifications within the company.
- Ensuring continuous review and optimization of processes together with the team leaders.
- Responsibility for the operation and further development of the management system (occupational safety, health protection, quality management, etc.) as well as for the re-certifications of ISO standards 9001 and 14001, in close cooperation with the responsible specialist team.
- Definition of accounting and financial standards and procedures to be followed by employees in accounting and finance.
- Active contribution and use of the personal network for the benefit of the company.
- Leadership and support of internal projects as well as co-design of their successful implementation.
What distinguishes you:
- Many years of experience in a strategic finance or leadership role, ideally as CFO or Head of Finance
- Completion of a higher vocational education (HF) or FH / University / ETH
- Entrepreneurial thinking combined with analytical and conceptual skills
- You understand financial structures – and the people behind them

- Communicative, authentic personality with a positive charisma
