Your tasks
- Under professional supervision of social workers (m/f/d) / social educators (m/f/d) conducting and accompanying socio-pedagogical group and individual offers
- Support in cooperation with authorities, legal guardians (m/f/d), cost carriers and other external institutions
- Participation in various meetings and handovers
- Cooperative collaboration in the multiprofessional team
- Networking in the psychosocial support system
Your profile
- Completed bachelor's degree in social pedagogy or social work
- Structured, reflective and responsible working
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with mentally ill people
- Professional experience in this field of activity is desirable but not a requirement
- Class B driving license required
