Job description
The EMS of the Mandement are Medico-Social Establishments. The La Plaine Residence is part of it and houses 92 residents. We support people of AVS age who are losing autonomy and sometimes suffer from psychological or psychiatric disorders. Our philosophy is based on multidisciplinary collaboration.
As such, we are looking for a cleaner on a maximum 12-month contract at 100%.
Mission:
Ensure the maintenance of premises and outdoor areas, respecting hygiene and safety standards, while contributing to the smooth running of the institution.
Main responsibilities:
- Cleaning floors (scrubbers, single-disc machines), furniture, and textiles.
- Maintenance of outdoor areas: snow removal, green spaces.
- Small tasks: furniture installation, hanging pictures.
- Maintenance of cleaning equipment and stock management.
- Participation in logistics (goods flow, laundry, waste, meals, room preparation).
- Contribution to safety exercises and versatility within the technical service.
