At Added Value Engineering, we transform ideas into concrete and sustainable industrial projects. Present throughout French-speaking Switzerland, we support our clients in high value-added sectors such as Fine Chemicals, Pharma, Biotechnology, Food, Microelectronics. Our activity revolves around three complementary areas of expertise: Process (Chemical, Thermal, Mechanical Engineering), EIA (Electricity, Instrumentation, Automation) and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning).

As part of our development in French-speaking Switzerland, we are currently strengthening our team and looking for a

EIA PROJECT MANAGER (Electricity, Instrumentation, Automation)

Your missions:

• Lead and coordinate industrial EIA projects (chemistry, pharma, food, etc.), from

design to implementation

• Analyze client needs, participate in drafting specifications and

ensure the technical compliance of proposed solutions

• Plan, organize and monitor the execution of technical services (studies,

tenders, site supervision, commissioning)

• Ensure contractual, financial and administrative management of projects
• Coordinate the involvement of various internal and external stakeholders (engineers,

draftsmen, subcontractors, suppliers, clients)

• Verify the application of Swiss and international standards, including ATEX
• Be a driving force for innovative solutions and technological watch
• Participate in the training and supervision of project teams

Your profile:

• Engineer or technician degree HES/EPF/Bachelor or equivalent in Electricity
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience on complex industrial projects, ideally in a design office

or general company in French-speaking Switzerland

• Mastery of technical, regulatory and contractual EIA aspects also in ATEX environments, as well

as CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

• Organizational skills, autonomy and leadership; ability to manage several projects

simultaneously

• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical mind and attention to detail
• Knowledge of regulated environments
• Fluency in French, knowledge of English. German is a plus.
