You lead a practice team of 11 employees and are responsible for personnel recruitment, personnel development, deployment planning, further training, and team organization. As a team, you ensure the smooth organization of the consultations of 15 doctors, take care of the consultation preparation, and occasionally perform blood draws, suture removals, and assist with punctures.

Your tasks

• Coordination of practice operations, resource management, and appointment scheduling,
• Developing, optimizing, and implementing processes and workflows
• Administrative interface internal/external
• Independent leadership of the practice team

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant, supplemented by a
• Professional experience in a comparable role, supplemented by appropriate further training such as Practice Coordinator, Lead Medical Practice Assistant, etc.
