• you lead the Technical Services with 6 employees and one apprentice in terms of personnel, expertise, and organization
• you are responsible for the further development of processes and tools in your area of responsibility
• you ensure the maintenance of buildings, technical systems, and outdoor facilities with your team
• you coordinate collaboration with suppliers and craftsmen
• you support the execution of maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• you manage the maintenance software and are responsible for updating all floor plans, diagrams, and documentation

• you have a technical basic education and further training as a technical clerk or comparable further training
• you have experience in medical technology
• you have already gained some leadership experience or are newly seeking a leadership role
• you are motivated to further develop existing processes and optimize workflows
• you are characterized by your high social competence, service orientation, and quick comprehension
