• Co-responsibility in the development of the F&B/S&C sales, revenue, and cost budgets as well as result planning
• Preparation of operational key figures, profitability calculations, and statistics for budget monitoring and securing results
• Support and coordination for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Interface to the respective specialist departments and specialist controllers
• Support and accompaniment of project work, also in cooperation with the department heads to optimize structures and processes

• Completed studies in business administration, hotel management, or controlling or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in F&B controlling, ideally in the hotel or gastronomy sector
• Very good knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to optimize processes
