To strengthen our Digital team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Online Category Specialist, 100% in Basel Headquarters as of 02.06.2025.

Your Tasks

• Leading the optimization of the user experience by controlling the categorization, setting the product ranking, shop navigation and filter navigation.
• Leading the main settings of promotion activities online, creating new pages and finetuning the configuration for the activation of all related elements.
• Troubleshooting and reporting technical bugs in the eCommerce system
• Assisting the Online Sales Manager in the planning and coordination of promotions and commercial activities. Taking the lead in coordinating execution together with internal teams and external parties e.g. key brands.
• Liaise with suppliers/brands in coordinating content for planned promotions. Coordinates customer care cases and other issues with the purchasing department.
• Analyzing search terms and optimizing online results.
• Daily review of website pages, recognizing and reporting errors that could affect the customer experience.

your profile

• You have basic commercial or comparable training.
• You are IT-savvy and proficient in using the standard MS Office programmes.
• Your enthusiasm for e-commerce and the digital field is palpable and contagious.
• You communicate fluently and convincingly in English. German and French skills are an advantage for working with other teams.
• You like it when all the threads come together and you can demonstrate your organized, structured way of working.
• You set yourself apart with your independence, reliability and proactive thinking.
