Do you want to work where ideas become startups? In this role, you actively support programs, events, and community formats, stay close to founders, and help move the startup ecosystem together with our team.
Department: School of Management and Law
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
To expand our activities in entrepreneurship, startup promotion, and innovation programs, we are looking for a committed personality who co-manages projects, is actively present in the startup environment, and enjoys shaping and implementing formats, events, and communities.
In this role, you will be close to founders, regularly attend startup events, work with incubation and co-working spaces, and contribute to the successful realization of innovative ideas, programs, and events.
Your tasks
- Participation in projects in the startup and entrepreneurship context
- Active presence at startup events, demo days, pitch nights, and networking events
- Support and guidance of founders in incubation and support programs
- Co-design and implementation of workshops, events, and community formats
- Close collaboration within the team and with external partners from the startup ecosystem
- Support in communication, coordination, and further development of existing offerings
- Completed bachelor's degree (or near completion)
- Strong interest in the startup ecosystem, entrepreneurship, and innovation
- Enjoyment in implementation, design, and independent work
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Openness, reliability, and confident appearance in exchange with founders and partners
- Willingness to be present at events in the evenings or occasionally on weekends
