You are an experienced assembly technician and want to take the next step? Your tasks:
o Leading and coordinating your assigned team
o Optimizing processes and workflows
o Ensuring proper delivery, installation, and commissioning of household appliances
o Responsibility for the execution of object deliveries and assemblies
o First contact person for all assembly concerns
o Planning training sessions and providing professional support to the assigned team
o Handling customer feedback
You bring:
o Completed technical training (electrical or assembly electrician, mechatronics technician, carpenter, sanitary installer) or equivalent.
o Several years of experience in the assembly and installation of household appliances
o Strong leadership skills and enjoyment in leading and developing a team
o Organizational talent, as well as a solution-oriented and responsible approach
o Very good German skills, additional language skills are an advantage
o Driver's license category B
o Confident appearance and good manners
o Residence permit according to NIV Art. 15 is an advantage
