Your main tasks:
- As Revenue & Quality Manager, you are the driving force behind revenue optimization and quality improvement. You combine analytical thinking with a high standard of quality and work closely with all departments.
- Develop and optimize pricing strategies based on market and demand analyses
- Create forecasts and reports for occupancy, revenue, and performance indicators
- Manage availability and rates across all distribution channels
- Analyze guest feedback and initiate measures to improve quality
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with standards
- Work on process optimizations and train teams in service quality and upselling
- Present results and recommendations to management
What you bring:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Training in hospitality-tourism is an advantage
- Solid experience in revenue management and/or quality management, ideally in hospitality
- Language skills: German and English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Confident handling of PMS, RMS, and reporting tools
- Openness to new technologies
- High service orientation and quality awareness
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with different teams
