🌿 Support the implementation of innovative sustainability projects at ZHAW: Assist the Sustainable Impact Program (SIP) administratively 🗂️, work closely with project teams, and independently organize the SDG Thesis Award ✨

Start of work: Immediately or by arrangement, limited for three years/end of 2028 (application deadline: 07.01.2026)
- You ensure that the administration of the Sustainable Impact Program runs precisely and smoothly in collaboration with the Sustainable Impact & Living Lab Manager
- You coordinate ongoing correspondence with SIP project teams, prepare meetings (agenda, documents, minutes), and support the handling of administrative and financial processes
- You assist with budget monitoring and process simple financial transactions such as invoices or reimbursements
- You organizationally support the SIP board: meeting documents, minutes, task management
- You maintain the application platform GoodGrants and support applicants with questions and submissions
- You support community management around SIP and Living Labs – mailings, contacts, small organizational tasks
- You independently organize the SDG Thesis Award: communication, evaluation process, award ceremony
The work can mostly be organized flexibly and hybrid. Throughout the year, there are SIP-inherent work peaks that require somewhat more effort at times, which is compensated at other times. The work peaks occur at the end of March, mid-July, end of August, October, and mid-November.
- An ongoing or recently completed degree or a commercial education (EFZ/HF/FH) related to business administration, finance, project management, public management, or similar
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks and confident handling of numbers, budget processes, and invoices
- First experience in project assistance or office organization (e.g., preparing meetings, creating minutes, tracking tasks)
- Very good German skills and solid English skills; you communicate in a friendly, clear, and service-oriented manner
- Structured, reliable working style, professionalism, and discreet handling of sensitive data
