Your Tasks
- Ensuring a smooth process of the consultations including scheduling for the internal obesity center, as well as assisting in other specialist areas Writing from dictation, composing various correspondences internally and externally, and taking minutes if needed
- Telephone contact person for patients, internal and external partners
- Meticulous maintenance of patient records in the electronic patient dossier (KISIM/Navision)
- Performing specific diagnostic activities in the area of deployment with patient care and, if necessary, assistance during examinations
- Support with venous and capillary blood sampling, infusions, and injections
Your Profile
- A completed vocational training as MPA, health specialist (FaGe), or you are a nursing specialist
- A strong affinity for handling medical-technical devices and PCs
- Forward-looking organizational talent as well as a reliable, team-oriented, solution-focused, and highly patient- and service-oriented personality
- With your confident German and solid terminology knowledge, you reflect our professionalism in writing from dictation as well as in handling all correspondences
- You are a reliable, team-oriented, solution-focused, and highly patient- and service-oriented personality with organizational talent and joy in your profession
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork
- Willingness to contribute ideas, learn new things, and help shape the further development of the consultations
