About the job

• Manufacturing of cell-based medicinal products in the lab and in a GMP facility (clean room)
• Writing manufacturing protocols and preparing GMP-compliant documentation
• Validating new procedures and qualifying new equipment for GMP use
• Managing materials for production in the clean room
• Developing quality control assays (viability, potency, identity, purity) for cell-based medicinal products

• MSc in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related field
• Strong motivation and interest in translational research
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility within a team
• Strong experience in cell culture and standard analytical methods (e.g., histology, biochemical assays)
• Experience working in a GMP environment is a distinct advantage
• Good command of English (written and spoken); German is an asset
• High reliability and a problem-solving mindset
