The restaurant L'ARTISAN of the MGallery Hotel is looking for its Head Waiter.
Ideally located in the heart of the city, just steps from Lake Geneva and the business district.
Our restaurant L’ARTISAN offers a creative and generous seasonal menu, a cuisine with a contemporary taste where local products are highlighted in their authenticity (Homemade label).
40 seats + 40 seats on the terrace.
Welcome customers, seat them at the table and present the menu.
Advise customers on dishes and wines.
Take orders and ensure their transmission to the kitchen.
Provide table service (starter, main course, dessert, wine, bread, etc.).
Ensure cleanliness and good condition of service equipment.
Manage billing and payment if necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the meal.
Participate in setup before service (setting tables, cleaning).
Contribute to a good working atmosphere and team spirit.
You have experience in the restaurant industry

You are a flexible person
You know how to work in a team or independently
You respect and know hygiene and safety rules
Professional training and professional experience
Mastery of French & English is essential
