Mandate Manager Accounting - Private Clients 80% - 100% (f, m, d)

You can choose your workplace from Zurich, Aarau, or Zug. Our headquarters in Zurich is located in District 4 at the lively Langstrasse corner of Badenerstrasse. The branches in Aarau and Zug are both very centrally located and a maximum of 10 minutes from the train station.

• Managing financial and securities accounting 
• Preparing annual financial statements and interim accounts 
• Analyzing and presenting annual financial statements in client and board meetings 
• Preparing reports for the automatic exchange of information (AIA)
• Budget responsibility in individual mandates 
• File management and electronic data entry in the document management system

• Commercial basic training with completed further education in finance (e.g., diploma in fiduciary or finance and accounting as well as a bachelor's degree in business administration HF or FH)
• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position 
• High IT and numerical affinity as well as analytical and networked thinking
• Enthusiastic, eager team member with quick comprehension and precise working style 
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
