• Leading a team of 2-5 employees
• Contributing to and ensuring the quality of completed work
• Implementing the targets together with the construction management
• Handling material and ordering processes
• Digital reporting of completed work
• Applying and enforcing occupational safety and health protection
Your profile:
• Basic training as a plasterer (preferred)
• Professional and leadership experience as a foreman in facade construction
• Solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Good German language skills
• PC user skills (Microsoft 365)
• Openness to new things and interest in further education
• Employment according to the national collective agreement Switzerland. Construction industry
