Mechanical Engineer

Our thermoanalysis devices are mechatronic systems of the highest quality and performance for determining a wide range of thermal and mechanical properties. They are used by our customers for research, development, and quality assurance of substances and materials of all kinds. For our global operational headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking to strengthen our team with an enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer 80 - 100% (all genders). In this role, you will take on the following tasks: You are responsible for problem-solving and developing variants as well as their subsequent discussion and revision within the team. You create manufacturing-compliant documents with technical specifications and design components and assemblies, ensuring continuous optimization. You conduct technical clarifications in close collaboration with suppliers as well as the purchasing, assembly, service, R&D, and project management departments. You are responsible for material introduction, bill of materials creation, and document management in PLM & ERP (Teamcenter, SAP). You accompany the industrialization process from supplier selection through production resources to prototype and pilot series assembly, including verification and validation. You handle topics such as product changes and improvements as well as production support and contribute to ongoing projects.
