About the job
Your main tasks- Exemplary host function with high presence in service, professional appearance, and courteous interaction with guests
- Responsibility for the operational management and coordination of all processes in the restaurant, bar, room service, as well as co-responsibility for the seminar and banquet area
- Leadership, development, and motivation of the team through targeted deployment planning, individual coaching, and training measures
- Co-design of the F&B offer including menu conception, pricing, and management of the cash register systems
- Assumption of all administrative tasks, such as ordering, inventory management, duty roster creation, evaluations, and inventories
- Close and cooperative collaboration with the kitchen, front office, sales, and technical departments to ensure a holistic guest experience
- Monitoring and compliance with all hygiene, safety, and Radisson standards
Your profile
- Completed hotel management school or vocational training in gastronomy
- Several years of professional experience as a restaurant manager in upscale gastronomy
- Very good German and good English skills
- Strong organizational skills and passion for excellent guest service
- Experience in staff management, deployment planning, and operational implementation of demanding events
- Confident handling of MS Office, ideally knowledge of "EMMA"
- Confident and articulate appearance, as well as sales skills
- Resilience, flexibility, and decisiveness
