YOUR MISSION
You support Beldona AG as an important member of the HR team in processing the entire payroll. At the same time, you are the contact person for our employees on payroll-related topics and actively assist with internal projects in human resources.
HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
Support the Payroll Manager in all areas of payroll
Assistance and preparation for the monthly payroll run
Recording all payroll-relevant changes and maintaining master data in Abacus
Administration, changes, and ensuring absence control
Control and management of time tracking
Calculation of sales commissions and statistics
Assistance with the billing and processing of social insurances
Co-supervision of occupational health management (BGM)
Assistance with the billing and control of withholding tax
Preparation of interim earnings and employer certificates
Various payroll-related correspondence in German, French, and Italian
Creation of HR reports and statistics
Ongoing development, optimization, and initiation of HR tools, KPIs, and HR processes
THIS SETS YOU APART
Completed training or corresponding professional experience in the commercial field
Further training in personnel/payroll is desirable
Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
Confident German, French and/or Italian skills would be a plus
High independence and structured working style with initiative and hands-on mentality
Strong conceptual and analytical skills, networked, entrepreneurial thinking as well as proactive solution orientation
