A beautiful restaurant, flooded with light and modern, awaits not only our guests but also you. In the gourmet restaurant VIVANDA, a top-class tasting menu is served. 1 Michelin star and 17 GaultMillau points is the current rating. 

For VIVANDA we are looking for a highly motivated host personality. 

Permanent annual contract
5-day week (Mon and Tue off)

Shifts starting in the afternoon (continuous service)

Your tasks include, among others:

• Guest care from warm welcome to farewell

• Independently managing a complete station

• Preparation and follow-up tasks. 

• Ensuring an overview of reservations and preparing accordingly

• Sales advice at the table about the entire offer

• Active selling and making recommendations

• Serving and professionally announcing dishes and drinks at the table

• Implementing the service design

• Active collaboration in other outlets if needed

• Responsibility for cleanliness and order in all restaurants according to guidelines and checklists

Ideally, you bring the following:

• Joy in your profession

• Genuine warmth

• A completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy

• Several years of professional experience in upscale service

• Enjoy communicating in German and English, (French and Italian are an advantage)

• Resilience and sense of responsibility

• Good wine knowledge and enthusiasm for expanding expertise regarding wines and spirits

• Exemplary manners and a well-groomed appearance at all times

• The ambition to improve yourself, your team, and our establishment a little more every day
