Früh Verpackungstechnik AG is a successful Swiss industrial company based in Fehraltorf with around 600 employees. We are a leading contract packer as well as a manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions for medical technology and pharmaceutical products.

We are looking to strengthen our team in Fehraltorf with a: 

Your role with us:

• Technical leadership of the assigned production process in the Contract Packaging area in close coordination with production management
• Coordination & assistance in developing, training, implementing, and optimizing the electronic EBR process documentation
• Responsible for the introduction of new production processes, process flows, and ensuring the transfer of new products
• Support and assistance during production trials in coordination with the Engineering department
• Questioning current processes as well as leading and coordinating the developed potential continuous process optimizations 
• Participation in identifying root causes and defining corrective actions
• Creating, reviewing, and revising production-relevant documents (SOP)
• Assistance in conducting product and process risk assessments
• Customer communication in case of extraordinary production incidents or promoting corresponding customer-side exchange
• Handling customer complaints and internal production deviations, conducting root cause analyses

What you bring with you:

• Solid knowledge in GMP production areas (medical technology / pharmaceuticals)
• Completed studies in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
• Further training in Lean Management (Lean Master, Green Belt, etc.)
• Hands-on mentality, close to the pulse of production with great interest in the processes
• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written (Level: German B2, English B1)
• Strong organizational skills and coordination abilities regarding cost-optimized production performance
