About the job
"For every child in Switzerland, a fulfilling childhood and an autonomous and responsible education".
This motto corresponds to the vision that drives us. Thanks to our services and programs - such as the emergency line 147, Messages to Parents, Mock Interviews, online workshops for parents' digital skills, and many others - we support children, youth, and their families every day.
In 2023, Pro Juventute adopted a collegial governance model. Decisions are made collectively within circles, and responsibilities are distributed according to roles rather than centralized in the hands of hierarchical superiors.
